DAVID JEPSEN, CEO AND SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER

David has over 30 years’ experience as a practising Chartered Accountant. He began his career at KPMG before moving through roles at Citigroup, Zurich and the Commonwealth Bank across Sydney and London, establishing his own practice in 2001.

David has deep experience across taxation, business advisory, financial control and CFO-level work, including financial viability, business structuring, and business sales and acquisitions. He believes the best advice is commercial, realistic and built on a genuine working relationship with clients.

David is involved in the community. He loves his sport, especially rugby, through supporting and volunteering, and enjoys the ocean with ocean kayak paddling.

KAREN JEPSEN, PRACTICE MANAGER AND CLIENT MANAGER

Karen is our practice manager and a client manager. She keeps the firm’s systems, workflows and client administration running smoothly. She brings more than ten years’ experience in operations and administration, including managing a large civil training organisation with seven sites across NSW.

Her expertise lies in integrating cloud-based apps into workflows to maximise productivity for our team and our clients. She also has experience preparing grant applications and supporting process and compliance requirements.

Living on the Gold Coast, Karen enjoys anything to do with the water – swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. She enjoys time with her family and friends and renovating her home.
